There has been a lot of media coverage about unions, labor relations and the NLRB in the media.  Want to know what is really going on and how it will impact your organization? Did you know that he National Labor Relations Act applies to covered private sector employers who do not have a union?  Are you aware of the new NLRB regulations which will make it easier for unions to organize? 

Mark Neuberger, an attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP will lead our discussion on these timely issues and more.  Mark worked in human resources management for ten years for a major manufacturing company before becoming a lawyer almost 25 years ago.  Mark represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Looking Back to go Forward


Let's look back to move forward. 2011 was a great year filled with great speakers. This year will be even better starting with an ALL MEMBERS Town Hall Meeting. We will be inviting all the members out to a Town Hall Meeting to talk about the future of the group, unveil some great programming and announce some very welcomed changes.

HR Consortium of South Florida is Going Electronic

The HR Consortium of South Florida has great things planned for this year 2012.

We are starting the year right by giving you, OUR MEMBERS, the opportunity to have us available at your finger tips. HRCSFL is launching a brand new website/blog that will allow more interaction and a place for members to go to gather information, ask questions, participate in chats and learn more about our guest speakers, meeting attendees and sponsors. We will also be launching a twitter account so we hope you all will follow us on twitter @HRCSFL.

Mark your calendars for the OFFICIAL launch of the site March 1st. The site will be live before then but we hope to have all the information up and read to view for you by March 1st.
